    • To consider Village Contractor invoices for October £231 & November £231 (NB last cut).
    • To consider 2019/20 ditching work in liaison with local landowners.
  1. Finance … to consider the following:
    • To note payment of Clerk’s October & November salary.
    • To consider draft precept 2019/20 – prepared by Finance Working Group.

    • To consider comments on application P183579 … Works to trees covered by TPO at Lambourne House, 2, The Orchards, Hampton Bishop. Reduction of canopy by 20% of two Yew trees.
    • To note permission for application 183755 at Box Tree Cottage, Rectory Road. Pollard Maple to previous cuts. Reduce canopy of Birch by 20%.
  1. Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP)
    • To note conclusion of Regulation 16 consultation on 4th December 2018.

    • To consider Folbigg invoice for first SID pole @ £98 + VAT.
    • To consider purchase of second SID & second pole.
  1. Footpaths … To receive a report from the Footpaths Officer – George Kerr.
